Questions based on work experience & talent check as per level of expertise of candidate/s. – Selected candidates will be notified for Final Round.
Round 3 (Final) – Online/ Offline Interview with Management (Director/s)
Selected Candidates will be offered by HR & will process further.

Job Description
  • Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create engaging content and optimize company pages across various platforms.
  • Foster community interaction and manage reputation.
  • Perform effective content marketing that resonates with the target audience.
  • Optimize content for maximum engagement and brand visibility.
  • Utilize social analytics tools to analyse data and measure campaign success.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate actions and manage reputation.
  • Actively participate in relevant conversations, promoting products/services.
  • Provide support to existing and potential customers through social channels.
  • Stay up to date with latest social media trends and jump in while they are still hot.
  • Be aware of the algorithm changes on different platforms and find a way around them.
  • Get on top of any new features on any platform to best utilize it quickly.
  • Create monthly social media calendars.
  • Schedule posts on different platforms using third party scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer etc.
Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing (minimum 2 years).
  • Excellent digital networking skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Effective multitasking abilities.
